Just how in the bloody blue blazes do I gift something to someone else in the game??
I don't understand how it all works. Can someone help??

Go to the store, click on gift store, navigate to the item you wish to gift, purchase, receive an email with a redeem code, send the code to the one you wish to gift it to. The giftee has to redeem the code on https://mwomercs.com/redeem
