Use the repair tool or verify your files through steam. You can also delete the Shader Cache manually.

I have verified files a few times now and deleted the shader cache. Still crashing every 5-10 min. Not sure what the repair tool is. Game is literally unplayable right now.

Playing via wifi? Mwo is extremly prone to paket loss. Maybe router dying?
Might try router restart and perhaps different dns. If u can try wired connection.
