Gotta love the guy who's list of examples of cheating he's seen includes things that are simple hitreg issues to things that could only be accomplished by hacking the servers.
As well as sandwiching his mental diarrhea between false accusations of the community saying cheating can't/doesn't happen.
I can't think of anyone that has said that cheating cannot or does not happen. But because we all aren't running around like freshly decapitated chickens, we must all be denying there is any cheating (that or he thinks we're cheaters, I suppose).
I know there are people in the MWO community that have issues, but, dude? Get help. I'm serious, you are coming across as someone with concerning mental health issues. (For the record, anyone that knows me understands that this is not a slur or insult on my part. I labored under 30+ years of high functioning depression before getting treatment. It sucked. But, having been on medication and such for the past... almost 6 years now, I'm doing a lot better.)

Gotta love seeing all these hard working employees getting their overtime hours in at the excuse factory, lol.
What anti-cheat service does MWO use again? I forget.

Okay.
From the uploader in the comments section of this video;
"Now to your satisfaction, my friend, know this. One day I got up and logged into the game on an early saturday afternoon and was greeted by these words on the screen: "You have been banned." I tried to log in with my alternate accounts too, just to find the same words on my screen over and over again. I had been IP banned."

in before lock.
anyway hacks exist.
pgi does very little to stop them.
pgi will act on good evidence. where its damning, irrefutable and thus means little work for them.
pgi are grossly understaffed, so i dont think there is anyone at pgi looking out for cheaters.
so it only stands to reason that cheating happens. how much and the efficacy of cheating are left open to debate. people with actual skills don't really need them, and they could actually be a hindrance. so the mediocre meme is still in play. i think cheating happens all the time, at various levels of play, but its overall impact on the game is minimal.

PGI can't really stop hacks from existing, nor can they stop people from using them. However, PGI does have tools for detecting hacks. Given what those tools were designed to do, I wager they operate passively, quietly logging things and passing them off for review by a human employee. (Auto-banning seems like a policy PGI would not be keen on.)
Now, if PGI is as understaffed as people like to claim, those reviews can take a long time to catch up to people. Given that the userbase is small, one person using hacks for a day or two can feel like hacks are present in every other match... And maybe even are, given the presence of one hacker, small user population, and match maker constraints. Then people get paranoid, and next thing you know rational thought goes out the window and every match has 12 hackers on the enemy team, and your own team has none. Because that's just the most reasonable conclusion, right?
Anyway, I wouldn't be too surprised if PGI's hack detector suite has outdated information. For a game based upon CryEngine, that's probably not a big deal, I wager there are very few new hacks. But this is also conjecture on my part. I have no idea if their hack detection software is up to date or not, nor do I have the foggiest when the last innovation in hacking CryEngine was.
I could buy that PGI could be behind the curve on things, but I have no way to know for certain. I also doubt any of us here can say for certain, either... Won't stop some folks from passing poorly informed statements off as hard facts, of course.
I'll also say that most of the hackusations I've seen lobbied about were by complete tools, so I tend to brush them off. Most of the folks spouting them couldn't find their own a** using both hands and a map.
