The T1 comp players should be in their own bracket. During QP they should be split up if they are solo or group dropping. This is more pronounced this weekend with the 8v8. Not all T1 are equal and there is a huge range of ability. They shouldn't have to wait longer so keep them in the T1 queue just if there is two groups/solos dropping, split them up.

This! It is incredibly frustrating to face off against a four-man of comp players while your side is filled with T2-T3. And especially during 8x8. Maybe a hidden Tier 1A for those in groups, or just split them up.
