Predator Pack Bolt-Ons

I can't put Predator Pack bolt-ons on any non-E Blood Asp. Is this how pack-specific bolt-ons work in general? I don't want to choose between ECM or looking cool.

Yes, this is how pack-specific bolt-ons function. We felt it was an improvement over custom geometry, giving you the choice to remove them, or only use some of them.
