Title explains it all. ANH-1P already has the lower arm actuators removed. I play with arm lock constantly with my ANH 'Mechs and have no need for 2 wasted critical slots.

true then everyone would do this to get extra critical spaces UNLESS that action was to sacrifice physical attacks ( arm clubbing/punches )
