Whenever I lock my computer by pressing Win+L, I will come back to a game with no sound. Tabbing out and back in doesn't fix it. What is even more weird is in-game VOIP will sometimes still work.
Right now I have to exit the game and restart it to get sound back but this is an annoying waste of 1-2 minutes even with a fast computer.

I think I fixed my problem. I went to Sound Settings, then "App Volume and device settings". I set MWO to the correct device.
This is weird because in-game I was already usinh the correct device and sound was working when I started the game. I will try to edit to double confirm that this has fixed it.
