Be more constructive with your feedback

That's pretty much it - build the community you want instead of telling them go away and play something else.

Every game has those sorts of people but MWO is one of the better game communites I've been part of. I've heard things like this maybe 4-5 times in the year or so I've been playing.

Yesterday alone doubled that and It's a shame cause it's a great time to get new people into the game given the event rewards.

Yes I realise that it could be one of these newer players being a ****, yes I realise I this may fall on deaf ears but I needed to justify the youtube link somehow and I couldn't post it in game.

Hope everyone else is doing awesome though.

I haven't seen anyone do this, but we should be thankful for every player, no matter how bad. Good thing the game doesn't show tiers in matches. Besides (C) mechs might not be trial mechs at all! I've won some in events in the past.

Agreed. I mean even I could foresee something like that happening, I would imagine the others in the game would shut the rude person down.

It's constant problem in all Online games. Toxic elitists. They don't realize, that skill has normal distribution, so they're 1% minority and therefore their "Everybody except us should leave" => loss of 99% of playerbase.

I got real good at this game.

I want to only play with other really good players in this game.

No one other than really good players should be allowed to play this game.

We finally got rid of the non-elite players from our game.

i get this all the time just because i like to play stealth shenanigans by myself .......if you want to play alone then go play a single player game.........well mayby ive played finished all the single player games i have and id like a bit of A CHALENGE against real people instead of ai bots

meh. I just tell them to not be miffy kitty like a toddler dropping a candy and to relax, it's just a game.

Why get so uptight over a game, and why tell players to leave? if players keep leaving there is no game when it's an online only game.

I've seen it a couple times but rather than one of the tier 1s or 2s I know by name its some nobody dillhole that scored under 100 damage in the match telling people they suck and should uninstall.

I, like most I suspect, tend to mock them over their performance while reassuring any new pilots that is not the norm for this community.

attracting new players has been an area where pgi falls short. we dont need the community to also fall short.

Happens a lot in tiers 4 and 5, its usually groups decimating them then talking **** on them afterwards.. Its just something you get in online gaming.. mute then block them.

they change chit and it changes the dynamic of the game dramatically

dont worry about what teir player you are

it use to be a lot cooler before canada turned hard core... now you cant really say what you want to say,

back in the day.. this group was a bunch of ruff neck sob's now not so much...

shes only half there... all the other paks works fine.. but the one i want the most is mechwarrior 2 bitchin betty

and they broke it... thats why they aint getting no cash from me

they always breaking this game lol

I have noticed a significant increase in toxicity towards team members since the patch and all tiers of players being mixed into Quickplay.

Two matches in a row last night had guys telling their own team they shouldn't have even bothered readying up, or screaming into their mics about their whole team being "stupid *******", etc.

Really unfortunate, hopefully this sort of thing settles down.

Yes, it would be great if somehow there was a fix for the toxicity, but unfortunately there is none.

It is becoming very toxic. I was just in a match where we were losing 3-8 and then a player just disconnects and leaves the match.

Not sure what is going on here lately with Mechwarrior, but PGI needs to step up. If I was PGI, I would be doing something and/or figuring out what is going on to solve the many issues that I have read and heard over the last few months after coming back to the game after a 7-year Hiatus. I'm starting to wonder why I came back, cause all this toxicity and game issues are not worth it, and it's unfortunate because I love Mechwarrior/Battletech....great IP being destroyed.
