We've been experiencing a bug where a win on conquest won't trigger the reward to be redeemed for the event. I've won in matches where I've died and also in matches I've stayed alive in and it hasn't triggered the completion.

The PATCH NOTES 1.4.222.0 28 JAN 2020 section is hardly the right place to report an issue with an ongoing event. Please take your feedback to the appropriate thread: May-Hem Events And Sales
