Maybe it's somehow just my game, but the MechLab UI scale is extremely small.
There doesn't seem to be a setting for it, is there a file that I can edit?

What is your system resolution, your game resolution and native resolution of your monitor(s)? Also, what is the actual size of the monitor, ie 27in, 32in, etc?

Sounds like you are playing in 4K. The UI has no scaling features, and in its maintenance mode, very doubtful that will ever be worked out.

all we would need is a resolution setting for the mechbay part of the game.
