I'm trying to purchase one of the bundles, but every time I'm trying to complete the purchase I get a 3000 Fatal Error on Xsolla's payment gateway.
Their support site is even more useless and can't find a way to let them know.

What about taking the time to Contact MWO Support @ https://mwomercs.com/support about the matter? Perhaps the available address for Billing could help you? They might even be able to patch you through to Xsolla in order to have a chat with those people.
