One more click and everything seemed fine, but still an eye rolling moment.

That happened to me when I redeemed the error 13 event too. I can only think it was on purpose since you still get all the loot.

Did either of you double-click when acquiring the "Error 13" Event's items by accident, or from your mouse wearing out, or perhaps because you were impatient? Any chance either of you clicked the one on the website, and subsequently followed it up with the In-Game Event Browser button? If so, then there will unfortunately be no Injection Dialog for you. Please remember to only click once in the future using the In-Game Event Browser to get your stuff, and then be very extremely patient in waiting for everything to be injected, so that then the dialog will come up!

If the above is not the case, and they're not providing the normal Injection Dialog to players as their idea with the "Error 13" Event of a last silly moment, then I will be extremely irate. That's not a nice thing to do upon people who just punched through an Event in order to earn stuff in compensation, and the screenshot which could have come with it.

P.s. as was just mentioned, that's the likely culprit. Because technically I clicked the button twice because the first time I clicked it, the game hesitated like I had missed the button, like the connection to the server stalled or something, so after maybe 3 seconds I hit it again.

Irony is when a well known Twitch Streamer laments that changes in the MM that allow two bigger Groups to be together on one side against 1 Group on the other side and take away control from that 1 Group and players should never be experience such a situation.

Well mate, you now feel the same pain solo players feel when facing a group - have fun with it!
