I get faction chat alerts (flashing chat button in game interface) when I have "faction chat" and "faction chat alerts" turned off in settings; and if I open the chat window faction chat is one of the tabs (again, faction chat is disabled in settings).

I've seen this on all my accounts and have heard others complaining about it. (And posting in faction chat about it LOL)

(I have no workaround, but there is not forum for bugs as far as I can see)
