Hey PGI, am I correct that it would be minimal development time to incorporate banners and things that we could add to our Mechlab background? Because I can see folks being willing to purchase a faction banner or a banner with a Mech Decal on it (for all those misc merc companies or statements!). Then we can switch them out when our mood or faction changes!

I would imagine that many cockpit items and their models could be repurposed as Mechbay decorations.

maybe, but they certainly could repurpose decals. I mean, I have a Northwind Highlanders decal on my mechs, I'd love to also buy a banner with the same thing on it for my mechlab,and then color it.

I think this is great idea, but remember Mechbay 7 has been a smoking ruin for 10 years. Our mechbay support staff are a bit slack.
