I have recently tried using the command system and would ask for 2 changes.

Please make the company commanders command map display each lance in it's own individual color. That would make it easier to see which lance is doing what and where it is.

Second, please give the company commander an option to issue a single command to the entire company in addition to the current option to issue commands lance by lance.
