For those of you who haven't read the patch notes... go read the patch notes. There you'll find the new quirk list for the old Banshee hero:

BNC-LM:

• Increased cooldown to -20% (from -15%)
  
• Added PPC Family HSL +1
  
• Added -15% Heat
  
• Added 25% Range
  
• Added -15% Missile cooldown
  
• Added 20% Weapon velocity

This takes the thing from a AC/10, LPL lackluster beast to.. well... to this:

20 cooldown (35 on missiles), 25 extra range, 20 extra velocity, 15 heat... This thing is BEGGING for triple snub PPC backed by an MRM 40.
