When will the PSR be fixed? It has changed since it was first established and as of today no one knows how it works. The old system said how your match was for the match. But what counts towards the match score besides win or loss? Before if you had ams(Anti-Missile System) it helped the match score. But that was removed. AMS helped protect the team so shouldn't that be part of the match score? And what else effects the PSR, Kills, Assistants, etc?

Check this table, please: Match Score

Honestly, it could be hardly said that the AMS Match score bonus reflected the player's piloting skill. After all, you equipped it in the Mechlab and you did not touch it during the entire game ...

Your Match Score is compared with the Match Score of the remaining 23 players (the members of the victorious team get a small bonus). In theory, the best 12 players will get the green arrow (PSR rise) and the rest gets the red arrow (PSR slump). Sometimes you get the yellow "=" sign (your PSR is unchanged).

As the rule of thumb, approximately the ten best players of the victorious team get the green arrow. Usually the best two players of the defeated team can earn the green arrow too. Of course, every game is different.

Thus, for the same match score you can earn the green arrow in one game and the red arrow in the next game, depending on if you won or lose and how the other players fared.

Brios posted a good video on how PSR change is calculated.
