First one that comes to mind, is just a rotation tool.
So you can turn a decal clockwise/counter-clockwise 90 degrees, or even have a manual entry in how many degrees on a +/- 180 or 360 degrees in how ever fine is allowed (like 92.45 degrees as example).
Second one would be a little more fine tune for scale.
Lastly placing your cursor just as is, but use the U/D/R/L arrow keys to nudge a texture could be nice.
Sometimes the UVW maps for each mech can be a little funky, so it would be nice to have a few more fine tuning tools to use.
