Yep already almost 200m away when some silly atlas pilot killed him.

~sigh~ Of course Darian "did absolutely nothing" to provoke the reaction. He neither circled that guy at the beginning, nor moved away just to come back and then stayed within range and came to another standstill right before his mech was finally destroyed.

Again: The CoC breach both in TKing and verbal abuse were entirely on that "Grumpy guy" but Darian had his hand in those eventsvas well ... and while not technically breaking rules it sure as hell looked like baiting a guy who obviously waa running on a short fuse into doing exactly what happened there ... Hell, the "please kill me" comment didn't come from nothing. He outright hoped for the ultimate outcome.

Does that Grumpy guy deserve whatever punishment he'll get? Of course, but that still doesn't make the rest squeaky clean.

Few things about this from my side.

1. I have killed many many pilots and in the next match we are on the same team. That is how MWO QP is designed and I have never had a problem with it.

2. I have been accused of hacking and cheating multiple times. I record every match and then usually delete 95% of them when my hard drive gets full. Never have I let it get under my skin, honestly I do not care.

3. Never have I ever shot a team mate because they accused me of hacking or cheating.

Now to this issue.

The atlas was slow to start, I at first thought he might be AFK / slow to respond. The mech then proceeded to move in the opposite direction of the team. He was alone. While my build is not really meant for defense of an assault, I can still run interference. I will at times circle slow assaults, look back at my videos and you will see that is the case some of the times, especially the slower ones.

I was moving to scout ahead when the mech fired on me. That is when I stopped to look around. Went to move out again and again fired upon. While everyone can draw their own conclusions, from their own points of view, I stand by my actions. Heck I could have taken him out easily enough, but I did not.
