Since we play in a created universe I was wondering if there are any ghost benefits to going over 100%. Thinking along the lines of reducing the effect of some of the targeting skills.

As far as we have all been lead to believe, when Radar Deprivation hits the 100% line, it's maxed out and anything above it is ignored because the Target Decay is fully wiped out at that point. If you're still taking hits after that, you had better check around you where you're not normally looking.

I think that you can not get over 100% of the "real" effect, so unlocking additional nodes would be essentially wasting your skill nodes that you could use on something else.

That's the response I got when I asked about it, yes. There is no difference between 100% and any value greater than 100%.

there RIGHT--- and it ends on line of sight, your now target easy, its small bubble out of line of sight, i use it alot, its like being RABBIT, i like to hunt hard and heck to see, but when running, HMM you hunter ??

What "small bubble" are you talking about, please?

HMM what parts OF LINE OF SIGHT, do you not understand, ok how many RADAR you hiding from ??

it allows you to hide, but is the weakest, if ECM or target computer scanning because someone R key you, you may still be locked on, so its small bubble if there running sensors and ECM, and bigger bubble if they are not.

YOU GUYS really need to do some TESTING and learn the stuff.

Or maybe you need to write your posts better that people can understand what you are trying to say. because your first post is very... unclear.
