Ok I bought a tournament supporter pack...where is the doce Im supposed to redeem?

Already got the Xsolla's purchase receipt, guess I have to wait a little longer for the redeem code? Is that how it works?

Ok, found the redeem code (went to hide at junk mail for some reason) now there is the other thing, I thought buying the tournament support pack would qualify for some of the annual reward thingies? Or what am i missing? Yeah I know hate to be that guys but some light on this issue would be appreciated...no Im not planning to ask for a refund if that worries PGI

Not buying the pack, but redeeming the code qualifies you for those rewards.

Ok just redeemed the vode, got the content but still it doesnt qualify me for for anything in the annuals rewards, well except the one I get by kust playing.

Give it some time. I do not remember how often the qualification page refreshes. Once a hour maybe?
