Hellbringer prime left arm missing lower arm actuator

Steps to Reproduce:
select hellbringer prime ( from store, whatever )
view in mechlab
right arm with identical stats has lower arm actuator checkbox
left arm missing lower arm actuator

both arms appear the same, have the same stats, equip the same weapon, and look like they should actuate on the screen

Note:You cannot put actuators on arms with large caliber weapons.. so anything like an Uac2 PPC or bigger will prevent you from using the actuators Large lasers will not block them though.

The bug manifests even if the OmniPod is empty.

Then just use another Omnipod ... obvioiusly the PRIME Omnipod is made for heavy ballistics and nothing else ;-P

Some quirks depend on keeping the So8 intact.

The other arm omnipods with lower arm actuators are inferior. Specifically, check the armor values.
