I'd like to buy 10.000 of Advanced Artillery Strikes and some UAVs during sale but max I can buy it's only 10 items per purchase (and I can't even add more Artillery Strikes before I confirm cart purchase). Can you increase quantity to 100 per purchase, at least? A 1000 would be even better.

Can You Increase Consumables Quantity In "add To Cart"?

You hold a fun idea in your hands there, 'WOLF PACIFIER', but there is something to consider.
(... by the way, I should note that the following is intended only as information for consideration, and explicitly NEVER a threat of any kind! Do not misinterpret my words!!! ...)
For example, can you imagine the effects of what could rapidly happen with your (C-Bills) if some random stranger who wanted to be malicious succeeds in breaking into your account? Imagine your beloved hundred-millions of (C-Bills) which you've stacked up – along with all your Mechs and (MC) built up over time – suddenly disappearing into being nothing more than a super-giant stack of Consumables that you can't use because all you'll have access to is Trial Mechs for a super-long time. Even worse, they could take and burn all your GXP and GSP out from under you in the same shot, albeit that they would have to go the extra ten miles on that one. This kind of demolishing situation is most certainly something that I personally would not want to see happen unto anyone.
Also, there is the fact that the current dialog requires holding the mouse button while clicking an arrow on the screen. It's not currently possible to click where the number is and then type in an exact value. To have the ability to purchase a whole bunch of Consumables simply doesn't work reasonably if you're still stuck with a different kind of stress against your hand and wrist as well. Along with that, the existing dialog would end up needing a hefty code update to meet requisite needs of handling higher quantities beyond a certain point. Possible technical issues could ensue depending on the complexity of what it takes to update things for allowing purchase of more Consumables at a time.
Long and short of it, we might be able to get away with upgrading that purchasing dialog where it would allow about 50-per-type of any Consumable at a time. That would allow the changes to remain rather simple in the development environment, which would enable easy release to players. Going beyond that point would require a bit more effort, and runs up the risk of creating more bugs in MWO (both client and server ends) than what exists right now.
I'll give you my SUPPORT for pushing Consumable Purchase up to 50 at a time right now. ... I'm rather skittish about going beyond that point.

I believe if someone will have access to person's MWO account, then intruder can spend all C-bills even with 10 consumables per purchase limitation. He can spend ~20.000.000 on mech purchase for few times etc.
If he will do this for revenge I assume he will try to block this MWO account using cheats and behave accordingly during match while he using victim's MWO account.
Speaking of C-bills, MC, XP and GXP safety - this is a matter of MWO account security but not items purchase limitations.
I don't think this is a some kind of complicated code tweaking but a value change in game config.

Up to some extent that's true, albeit weird & bad things have happened to good people before because of others being nasty towards them. However, the quicker that someone can mass-purchase Consumables from the in-game Store system, the faster that funds can be depleted. Not allowing purchase of more than 50 Consumables at a time at least helps with slowing down how fast that can happen, and might deter a larger share of those bad actors who might have thought of abusing an increase like that. But hey, that's simply my take on the matter.

It's more than a mere value change if you set the allowed number of Consumables per purchase far too high. There would then have to be consideration for altering the dialog to allow manual numerical input, instead of always forcing sitting on a button constantly for something around 30 seconds. It all depends on what kind of design requires being put forth to achieve the intended goal at that point.
Anyway, it happens that I would look forward to an increase in how many Consumables which players could purchase at one time. The only difference with me is that I would approach changing this rather cautiously.
