The topic is very simple, I really do not understand why my mech gets locked if I die and do not want to spectate the rest of the match. I'll have bad games, or just be practicing and testing out a mech and suddenly die because, games the game.
And now I cannot play the mech anymore.
It's really just an unfun and unnecessary mechanic.
No More Mech Locks.

I think that the PGI's intent behind this game mechanic is to make you buy duplicates of your favorite 'Mechs. You know, so that PGI gets your money.

why are you playing with only 1 mech? there are so many mechs to love in the same class.

I play with a lot of mechs, but sometimes I'm in the mood to practice, or play a specific mech. I wanna get in the mindset/zone of that mech. It's weapons, it's cooling, and so on. Sometimes you're just in a mood to be one specific mech/build.
