Artemis is too heavy and costly for what it provides. I would like it to effect spread and perhaps velocity.

Any thoughts?

I agree, buffing it for direct fire spread and velocity would make LRMs more useful since they're quite limited right now for indirect fire with the current state of ECM and Radar Deprivation.
