CDA-3C
Removed -10% ERPPC heat, added it to the Energy Heat quirk.

This is a good change. This is what was needed.
The 3C could still use a gigaquirk on it's energy cooldown, having only 1 energy slot...






CDA-3F
Added -10% ERPPC heat
Added -10% ERPPC cooldown

I mean, I guess if you really want to run erpeeps, this makes the 3F a good pick for it..
but it's not what the 3F needed, because snubs, light peeps, or lasers are all still better builds for that mech because they have better damage, better heat, more mobility, and bigger engine.

It almost feels like these quirks are a red herring that will lead anyone who didn't do the math down the wrong path- but maybe I'm missing something.

If anything, the 3F needed a Light PPC HSL +1.

Those kinds of things are not uncommon, it's nice to be given options but they are not always realistic.

Like mechs clearly too light to carry autocannons receiving perks for ballistics; unless those kinds of perks are massive, like 200% increase in ammo and 50% cooldown bonus, then they are just a red herring, really.

Now that I think of it, maybe a new "weapon weight reduction" set of perks could be introduced to deal with this kind of thing, if balance and perking certain weapon types was something that was being done to seriously encourage using those weapons, as opposed to just being window dressing.

Cada really doesn't have the weight to go big gun even with that rac/uac cd of 20 or so percent since you also want to jam ecm onto it. It's like seeing all those missile quirks for 15-20% on a mech with one missile slot or the rvn 4x's gun quirks. Super quirks don't work on mechs that can't do much with it like the pnt 10p that is the very definition of easy-to-disarm.
