Yeah can confirm steam purchase does not grant bonus redeem or battle pass progress. Played a few matches should have come close to the 1000 experience but nothing tracked.

I did receive my bonus loot bags (check at the very bottom of the loot bag page), and the in-game title. But nothing else, no extra MC, no GSP, no cBills and the battle pass is still broken.

Update I did get my bonus loot bags.

Update again, just got some of the redeems for the battle pass. Maybe the system was bogged down or something but glad it's working now.

Hi. This idea of loot at each 1k xp threshold sounds fun. I think this is an improvement on the loot bag system.

Not interested in these particular mechs, but I might catch the next one. Glad to see MWO evolving.

6 UAC2 and 1 ER PPC is a pretty solid long range DPS build.

Fafnir with 8 HMGs is a little odd though the machine gun quirks are insane. You could however pull all that off and load it up with 8 AC2s if you felt so inclined.

can i buy through steam without installing through steam? id rather use the stand alone client.

if i was buying with cash id just get it from the web store, but i can convert crypto to steam cards.

nvm, it worked but i had to buy the game through steam, download it again, log in to redeem it and then uninstall from steam to free up space. seems there should be a better way to do that.

OK, P.S.A. for everyone having problems with the Battle pass: It might be your browser. I re installed chrome after seeing my store page looked different from the page in NGNGTV's stream and the battle pass tiers appeared and redeemed no problem. So, if you're not using Chrome (and who could blame you for that) you might want to install it and try your luck.

In the very same stream they admitted that they didn't get this working for the first mechs, but intent to do it down the line.
