I actually solved this. I've installed MWO on an old PC and logged in with twink, made a group for my main acc and that twink. Found a random match, and inside I could hear myself from the old PC. It's worth the team of one distracted and one afk player, of course we have lost. My voice is fine, but that 0.1s release delay was probably stealing the first word of each speech.

I just wonder how ignorant the community can be, that I believed my VoIP was broken. I've asked if they hear me, I've been transmitting sniper positions like "Dire + ShadowCat on the wall" and a minute later another guy said the same.
