Lootbags Not Appearing?

Every now and then I'll do a match, but the match score / damage (despite being sufficient) doesn't get me any lootbags in a lootbag event.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, or knows the cause?

They can be delayed up to 10 minutes, as stated in a small note on the page. Usually they're immediate after refreshing the website page.

Could be any number of backend processing reasons. The updates are probably ran by a script and batched in some way. There might be certain times where other things are happening in the database where it has to wait.
