Remove The Map/mode Voting System.

Just do it. Full RNG. Everybody gets to roll the dice on whether they get screwed.

It use to be that way. I actually wouldn't mind going back to that to be honest. Never liked the voting system.

Though, I am finding it kind of funny that we went from demands for a voting system to wanting to remove it. Things really do run in cycles.
