This unit places a heavy emphasis on returning the roleplay element to Faction Play and the MWO community. (Yes, that means batchalls and clanner behavior.) We have a rank and position system, which are granted or acquired through service and trials of combat. Trials are an integral part of the ways of Kerensky, so we have our own trial protocol.
This is an experience-inclusive community, no matter how long you have been playing, how good or bad you are at the game, what you own, what you know, or what tier you are, you can join.
All new members are automatically set to the rank of Sibko Cadet. You are technically a part of the unit, wear the unit tag, and participate in unit events, but some things may be locked behind acquired ranks starting with MechWarrior/Point Commander. This is, after all, a meritocratic society, and for more serious battles and trials we may need to depend on someone with a proven skillset. Naturally we will, by any means feasible, help you train and hone your skills to develop you from a Free-2-Play rookie into a Smoke Jaguar.
Remember, we are children of the founders and warriors of Kerensky. Do your Clan proud.
Joining
In order to join the unit, all you have to do is join the Discord sever, and post your MWO name and some additional information in the channel titled "REGISTER SIBKO ID" You will then be assigned the rank of Sibko Cadet. You must pass your Blooding (Trial of Position) in order to be promoted. There is no punishment if you fail, and they are oriented to be as fair as possible.
Recruitment interviews may be added in the future to better interact with new recruits, but we have no interviewing system at time of editing. (7/13/2023)
