I just played a match with a person that I have blocked. He has been blocked for a long time. When he connected, I saw that his mic wasnt marked with a red X, so I tried to mute it. Nothing happened. I clicked on his player name to block him and it only gave me two options and the top one was Unblock Player. So, the game still had him marked as blocked, but it still put his voice through on comms.
Why?

Just had another match with this person, with him on my team and the game had him blocked again. WTH?

Yep, the block feature is kind of messy.
In the past I had blocked players not muted ; I had to unblock them in order to mute them again, before reblocking them...
