Hello!
A while back i was spectating after getting killed, and the mech had a standing Island with a cloud raining.
i haven't even been able to find mention of this, much less a place to acquire it.
any help or info is appreciated!

I know it's an "old" post but: I don't own this specific island, but I have another. It was a reward for I don't remember what event a looooong time ago, and is indeed not purchasable in the store.
I think the island you saw is a similar deal.

Like what epikt said some cockpit items are rewards or tied to very limited promotions. Take the hbk- Grid Iron. There was a "Limited Edition" which I was one of the buyers. It came with an exclusive limited edition to that mech cockpit item and when pgi tried to poll to sell the same to every one there was a big no from those of us who bought it.

Pgi smartly decided to just re-model and color it into a new item then sold it. This has happened to mechs as well. Jenner-D (S aka Sarah's Jenner) for the major instance.
