Is there a way to choose what servers to connect to?

I was reading that the down arrow between "Faction Play" and "Quick Play" would allow me to choose, but the button does nothing. Please help, as the long ping times of distant servers makes this game much harder to enjoy.

Edit: I would submit a video, but it would just be me clicking the button with no effect.

Strange, because that's how you do it, click on the arrow...

If the button is not working when you enter a game, you need to close the game and open it again.

It's bugged. It only seems to work the first time you run a new game session. If you drop into a match, it stops working.

switching into the Faction Play screen and back also often reactivates the button
