The server select menu near the "Quick Play" button.
I click it, animation respondes, click sound plays but it doesn't open.

It happens almost everytime after playing few matches.
It's annoying, because I can't toggle NA servers at EU prime time.
To fix it I have to relaunch the client, it's huge amount of time.

You can try to switch into Faction Play and back. Works for me mostly.
