Imho they can not chew what they did bite off and now choke especialy on the almost impssible to exploit Lord of the Rings franchise whose gaming ip life is pretty much over as it is first and foremost and book and movie ip that is to restricted to exand a gaming universe on it.

This is old school wall street pirate acquisitions to fleece the companies they buy out of funds that get put into the ceo and other top corp officers bonus payments and salary. They pilfered their purchases and now with personal off shore bank accounts stuffed to bursting the pirates sail away into the sunset.
