Please move topic in better place.
There are some suggestions.
1) MISSILE WARNING should be fast with aggressive sound, like it was in MechWarrior 2 or like in real jet-fighters. No need Betty sleepy voice, usually its too late to act for avoiding missile in MWO.
2) SEISMIC SENSOR needs some soft sound not just red dot on radar.
These 2 proposal could be applied without development cost.
3) COCKPIT HEAT
As I reading from books, the temperature in cockpit before shutdown is extremely high, so pilot is barely alive. Not reactor damage, but pilot damage, lol. In future games could be cool to show high temperature like air distortion.

A klaxon for incoming missile is a good idea and should be relatively easy to implement. Might be as easy as replacing a single file.

How do you like your Mechwarrior i like mine well done and crispy
jokes aside it would be nice to be able to change them without mods but as stated there isnt the money or time for it unless they would be willing to let mod creators "add" features in to the game
an example would be features from WOT XVM takes certain improvements and add them to base game

I think it would be cool to add overheat effects similar to the ones in lore, like your top speed and accuracy being reduced when you're in the red. It would be nice to see heat dissipation matter more than just not wanting to cross %100 more than a few times. Overheating having a chance to cause ammo explosions might be a bit to far, but it would be funny IMO.

1) i think the missile warning timing is fine (bit Lore here and not mechanic but it would take the onboard computer a second you so to determine if the missiles are heading for you or another mech so a slight delay is understandable. as for game mechanic having s light delay at least gives long range (LRM/ATM) a chance to hit when used at shorter ranges (you really should only be using tham at around 400-500 meters tops unless you are sure of that lock staying). if it was instant it would be a further nerf to an already massively nerfed weapon system). as for the volume yeah it could be louder or a different voice. i wouldn't mind having a couple voice pack options to chose from (i detest mods for any PvP game ans refuse to use them)
2) yeah a ping sound or something would be nice for seismic. ever since the skill tree revamp i find i have been using it more often than i did before. though a Ping might get lost in all the other sounds of the battlefield.
(note give how much of a patched up mess the code is for MWO i can imagine that just adding a ping to seismic might break who knows how much so there might actually be more development cost for 1 and 2 than you think.)
3) only sort of agree. yeah it would be nice to have something. others have commented on adding more repercussions for going over (something i kind of agree with as to many people use Override as a crutch.) it wouldn't go over well with the community (i like the idea of the mech slowing and maybe some crosshair shake when over the red line though)

(not much you can do if you get caught out in the open in a mech as slow as the Anni, maybe carry an AMS to decrease that damage a bit. though i can see how that could get annoying.)
