Another reason is players doing better in other weight classes. For example, you don't want me in an assault on your team if you want to win.
That may be, but I'm pretty sure the match maker doesn't take into account your skill in the particular weight class you're in. Sure, you still have your PSR but does MM drop your total weight for the team based on your collective tier values?

Canyon is very popular thought its the most high-skill map.

Funny part is that 50ton difference is relatively small compared to what the MM usually throws at you. Last week when I bothered to do the math after I had a match that felt bit odd and the result was 110ton difference. Needless to say which side stomped I'd wager.
I'm willing to bet stuff like this happens way too often, but it's not like people are going to whip out their calculators after every match.

Yeah i dont think there's realistically anything that can be done here.
Besides half of this forum will insist a group of lights is an existential, unkillable threat.

I call anything under 300 damage ******** the bed, and I'm not immune to it myself If everyone can dish out 300 damage in the mech they're in the match will be won, and if not, it will at least be a close game.
Seeing people die in the first minute or two of the round is usually the decider on matches.

I've never seen a more dedicated group of entitled complainers.
What I see is a group of lights who could have wrecked the OpFor, but failed to do "light things", and 3 people on Red Team accounted for most of the work.
Except for those 3 people, the rest need to "Git Gud Noobes", put on a fresh pair of big girl panties, and stop hiding behind eachother.
And stop blaming the match maker for your own falings.

I'll just say without shaming anyone, if you're playing 600+ games in a month, maybe it's time to take a break, go to Walmart and get you a nice new clean pack of socks to poop in. Take a shower, too. I can smell you from here.
