They could do Daniel Allard's Wolfhound. ER weapon quirks and a TComp in the base loadout.

Edit: I specifically meant the later version that he had when he died, not his first one, which I believe is what grinner is supposed to be.

i usually go with a pair of uac5s, since the jenner iic tends to fall apart if you look at it cross eyed. running a glass cannon like that works better at range.

Well sure more range is better but a 500m uac20 is nice and long especially given the high mounts plus you are still doing a meaningful amount of your alpha at 600~700m. However I don't soloyolo in this fit. I run with the brawlers and shoot what they are shooting. It's a nice finisher after they get in their alpha.

I really really want an Urbie IIc. Have for a long time now. Heck, me going on about ways to improve the game and easy ways for PGI to release some new mechs so we could get an Urbie IIc was one of the main conversations that started the Cauldron.

I'm still waiting for the corgis to join the trash heap. k9 can still be fun since pgi hasn't nerfed the light bar and siren as OP. I can't wait to see the hate fly when I get my gaming pc in december and start flying the sarah's rainbow and teddy bear jenner.

yeah know an Urbie IIC might cat me to actually spend money on the game (if its just a legendary,). i don' t often go for Clan mechs well not at all really but if the price is right a Legendary Urbie IIC would be something. though i wouldn't pay anything more than say $5 US max. (i still think the mech packs are WAY to expensive)

if you just buy mc, legendaries will give you the same amount of mc as the $15 package, plus the legendary and all the other goodies. with lights you would probibly be able to add extra goodies.

That is when they die to it. When an assult pilot starts thinking it's just a light is when they've really f themselves. with all the bs threads on assaults the more every one else is worried about shooting other assaults and heavies is the moment lights become "op."

the squirrel is the biggest threat to an assault, always has been. im fine with that. heightened vigilance and forethought is the price of all that firepower.

and here we are.
2 new legendary urbanmechs, aka iic. but most loadouts i've tried or heard are reported urbanmeh. $0.02
-quirks are modest and niche.
-the clan XL100 or std60 is the same weight as IS counterpart, and with a 2ton difference, the clan XL durability comes with standard weight costs.
-running anything slow/less slow still leaves the urbie caught out.
-even lighter clan tech doesnt allow for stuffing too much more into a 30t sock. so, i play 2uac2 3HML xl170 1jj Hashké, and HAG20 4HML xl145 1jj Abaddon.

i am grinding the battlepass but the mech isnt getting any better.

well i was on patch day, now the mechs are mastered, battlepass complete, they each have 30 games on it. they suffer from just another robbit syndrome now. but a lot of urbie fans are happy, maybe next time we can satisfy some locust iic fans.
