i just spent 2.25 million on an urbanmech loading builds because im dumb but this is dumber so plz just make heatsinks an unlockable so i can switch for free

could you clarify what you mean by 'unlockable?

Pretty easy to get it from the context: Switching between double and single heatsinks costs the conversion cost every time you want to switch back and forth. They want it to be a one time fee to "enable" double heat sinks, and each subsequent switch between double and single to be free.
