What if 2023 MechWarrior Online Annual Rewards Eligibility shown are not correct? For example...The Clan & IS STANDARD REWARDs...I have purchased in this year of 2023, the Crusader full bundle and the Blood Asp Bundle! Do these not qualify or meet the eligigility requirments? Because according the eligigility rewards page I have not qualified for either one!

By "full bundle", do you mean the "complete collections"? Or the "mech collections" (blood asp & crusader)?
I don't think the complete collections apply.

I am having a similar issue with the 2024 rewards. I purchased MC over the course of this year, but the redemption for purchasing MC is showing me as ineligible.
