Does anyone have issues or know how to fix this problem.

I cannot hear or talk using microphone. VOIP is checked and I have checked my headphone download (RAZER). Also I have re-downloaded MWO game.

blame windows. os still doesn't properly handle devices which are removed from the system, say for charging. will move the defaults around without your permission. my vr headset does this all the time, you plug it in it takes over the default communications device, and then when you put it away and use your headset, some other device will get the default. i also have a pair of wireless earbuds that can steal the default audio device and not return it properly. its frustrating when you are already in a match and nothing works. and you got to go move your defaults around. only real way to fix it is disable anything you dont use, and check your defaults before you enter the game.

Yeah found the problem. Audio was sent to default with in the game.
