[Nine-Ball]

Battlemaster-1G:
- decrease ballistics cooldown from -15% to -10%
- give -100% UAC/RAC jam chance quirk
- increase IS medium family heat bonus from -5% to -10%
- remove IS medium laser range +10%, add IS medium family range +10%
- add +10% heat dissipation bonus
- add +10 left/right side torso armor

Battlemaster-1D:
- add 7.5% speed buff
- remove -10% cooldown
- increase ballistics cooldown from -10% to -20%
- remove heat bonus
- add energy heat bonus -10%
- increase range bonus from 5% to 10%
- change IS medium laser duration -20% to IS medium family duration -20%

Battlemaster-1S:
- add 7.5% speed buff
- increase MRM/SRM velocity from +15% to +20%
- remove missile cooldown -10%
- increase SRM spread bonus from -10% to -15%
- add MRM spread bonus -15% (or remove SRM spread bonus and just make it straight Missile spread bonus -15%)
- remove medium pulse -10% and medium laser -20% duration and make it just medium family
laser duration -15%
- (for extra spice, add +1 PPC or snub HSL)

Battlemaster-3M:
- remove +2 medium laser HSL
- add -10% energy heat bonus
- remove cooldown -10%
- increase missile cooldown from -10% to -20%
- add -100% UAC/RAC jam chance quirk
- add +10% heat dissipation bonus

Battlemaster-3S
- add 7.5% speed buff
- increase energy heat bonus from -5% to -10%
- remove IS pulse range bonus 10%
- add range bonus 10%
- increase missile heat generation bonus from -10% to -15%

Battlemaster-2C
- add 7.5% speed buff
- add +1 PPC Family (or PPC and/or Snub HSL)
