As for EQ, give us...+100% movement speed. Atlas only.

It could be something like:
- 4v4 on S7 maps
- MechAssault 1& 2 mechs only
- 360° torso twist
- Faster cooling and jump jets
- Maybe even third-person only?
In any case, I think more arcadey-style events could be interesting. I really get tired of the sweating and being tier 2 makes it difficult for me personally to whip out fun mechs. Less competitive group-play event queues would interest me.

-50% weapon velocity
+100% laser duration (edit: probably should have -25% laser cooldown so that lasers don't lose too much DPS)
Let there be Derp!

I can do with or without the special bonuses and stuff (armor, JJs, speed, etc.) but if they have a theme (like pairing armor + speed + assaults) they are fun. Infinite JJs tends to get kind of annoying, if you could just give them like a +100% duration or something it would be more fun. It stinks when people are raining LRMs from the sky and stuff like that.
Also thanks for doing this! EQ is one of the most fun modes in the game right now so this is great.

Thanks to adulthood and a disposable income, over the course of the last month, I myself have been fortunate enough to basically be able to fulfill all of teenage me's mech dreams for MWO. However, I also managed to rope a friend into this game and he is much more strategic about his spending! So, a more targeted sale could be just the right thing to get him some more toys to play with and keep him engaged.
Overall, I suggest you at least focus the sale on the 'Heavy' mech category (if not downright putting all of them on sale) because I think Heavy mechs offer a very versatile player experience and they are the only category missing from the most recent sales.
As for specific mechs that I am recommending to my friend and therefore would like to see on sale (highest priority to lowest):
- SNS-ML
- TBR-BH
- NTG-H
- HLF-2
Mechs that I would like to add to my personal collection:
- DRG-FLAME
- WHM-IIC-ML
- RFL-LK
- RGH-BLT
On a last note, I would kill (Kurita Loyalists) to get my hands on an NTG-H(L) or any other CBill-boosted version of the NTG-H, but I am years too late and there seems to be no way for me to get my hands on any old Loyalty Mechs, which I find very unfortunate. Would be nice to get a way for attaining these older Loyalty mechs! WHM-IIC-ML

As for maps Vitric tends to play really well for these things so some rounds with that map would be wonderful
Unsure if this variable would be adjustable but a few founds with 10v10 or 12v12 with group size bumped up to 3 would be great so a larger friend group could enter without dominating the 8v8 format.
Thanks again and appreciate you hearing our input!

Greetings MechWarriors! It's time for another Event Queue and Sale, and this time we're trying something different. We will take your input on potential 'Mechs to go on sale, as well as your ideas for Event Queue matches. This DOES mean that we will be reading every post and taking every constructive suggestion into consideration, it DOES NOT mean every idea will make it in. When posting your match suggestions, keep in mind that there are some limitations based on the Event Queue system. For example, some maps can't use drop decks, certain time zones make matches with limited 'Mech options more difficult to populate, and so on. Therefore, we may take an idea and modify it to make it work, or make minor adjustments based on learned experience.

To the duo, Daeron & Matt... I know that my opinion may not be the most popular here, but I only ask that EQ have a bit more of Non-Skirmish going on. Please make abundant use of Conquest & Assault if possible?
Also, can we please bring back Incursion & Escort in the future too? All that the Incursion mode needed at the minimum was for TAG & NARC to be capable of making Turrets & Destructible Buildings — e.g. those targets that were neither Mechs nor Battery-giving devices — possible to get target-locked by Streak SRMs (and, by extension, LRM/ATM) if they were not initially. In extension, the Incursion mode also needed a lot more Maps capable of playing that particular set of rules... The ability to play Incursion mode came up too rarely directly because of there being not enough Maps designed with those rules implemented, which probably caused unnecessary confusion & hate where it should not. And all that Escort needed was for both teams to each have a VIP Mech which they must defend against destruction, perhaps along with more sensor-affecting spots, thereby making the mode symmetric. Both of those modes — Incursion & Escort — are good, and therefore deserve to not be trash-canned like they ended up being...

Will the engines actually be on sale?
They never get the banner on them, and the price always remains the same.
Please have a look at those Engine Prices in the MechLab before this next Sale can begin. Particularly take note on the 400-rated Engine (Standard, Light Fusion, and the XLs too) price listings for any Mechs which are capable of equipping it. Compare that to the Engine Prices when this Sale is underway. You will find that those Engine Prices have indeed been cut in half all across the list, along with all those smaller models.
EDIT :: I suppose it would have helped if Smurfy's list of Engine Prices were still around so you could compare the Sale & Non-Sale prices, eh? Perhaps it would help if 'Kill2Blit' decided to add that on the MechDB as a useful feature?
~D. V. "Look at the Engine Prices outside of any Sale and you'll see it really does get cut in half." Devnull
