Does MWO support any of the F13-F24 Keys by any Chace. I cannot seem to remap to any of mine.
I tend to use a Foot Pedal for Voice Chat and it is mapped to F13 since I have so many other games that use other keys for other features. MWO is one such game where I remap so many different buttons since there are so many different mechanics to it

I didn't know there were more F keys but if you're not able to map them, I'd guess no.

How exactly is F13 being activated? Foot pedal is mapped on a keyboard F13? Do you have a keyboard that has the single stroke F13-F24 keys?

Anyhow.

C:\Users\windows user name\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online\Profiles\MWO user name and make a copy of the entire folder, just in case something goes south.

Below is what I did to tested but it did not work by editing the actionsmap.xml file. I set it for f2 and f6 first in the game for Arm Lock, then went in and edited it to f14 and f18. In the game settings it appeared as @flk_f14 (or something like that) , but to activate f14 I have to press Shift + F2 which did not work, MWO itself will not recognize combination keystroke itself. There is a Youtube video showing how to use Power Automate in Windows 11. I have not played with it to see if I could get the game to recognize F14 (or in your case F13) as a single keystroke when entering the command in game settings.

Other options is that MWO has several of the first 12 F keys that are not utilized by default. Doesnt the pedals have a macro profile that can be changed, depending on what game is being played?

<action name="m_armlock">
<rebind device="keyboard" input="f2" index="0" defaultInput="lshift"/>
<rebind device="keyboard" input="f6" index="1" defaultInput=""/>
