So it's Black Friday and no "bolt on" sale,,what's the deal?

I was hoping this was through the weekend. With the holiday and travel time to and from family, was hoping to hit it on Cyber Monday as advertised (or posted in the title).

The only decals on sale are numbers and letters.


As you can see, all other decals are actually not on sale.

The decals and bolt-ons sale was so short that it was effectively meaningless, if it really happened.

It happened, but very quickly (I got one bolt-on but when I returned later sale was over (?) .... engines and weapons not tagged as sale price... bad comms PGI

PGI can you inform us properly of the sales , I was hopping to buy some bolts ons and decals and the sale event wasn't on the friday.

This isn't a miscommunicated sale, it's a ****** up script.

'Devs left for an extended Thanksgiving-weekend and left a mess of parts of the previous sale's scripts and some current ones in place, which... broke. Not the first time for that to happen, this is a routine SNAFU.

It's the same problem with the EU servers being down and the US and AU ones being wonky - nobody's been at work and things weren't properly prepared, so everything went FUBAR.
Routine ****-up.

When the devs finally get back to work, they'll find out what kind of mess they created and do the whole apology dance and extend the sale. It just sucks for those people who hoped on things working over the long weekend to have some fun playing this game, that time's impossible to refund.

Agreed. I've never seen an "Engine Sale" myself. I think it's a 'Right-of-Passage', one could say, to have the honor of XL swapping between IS Heavies! Don't get me wrong, I DO NOT MISS those days "...but, I understand!"

Welp, here I am in year 10 (11? 12???) and the one common denominator for us baby whales is that sales before a holiday get pooched . It's a good thing I'm a Canuck and very forgiving....
