Every match I attempt to join results in the same outcome. Server unavailable followed by the mech being locked into a match with no play.

I would say this has happened for at least 20 match making sessions in a row now.

Thanks soooo... are they saying that no play is currently possible and they are working on it or are they saying some play is possible.

Sorry if I misread the linked posting but it seems a little vague. I mean is it possible to play if we remove bolt ons or is play not possible. Is there anything a player can do to actually join a match?

How I understand it, the problem is on the PGI's server end.

Probably, not much that you could do.

Select only the Oceanic server only.. but... since some of it is due to the resources each game server is configured with, once the Oceanic reaches a specific population threshold, it too will start dropping matches more and increase.

Well, the Oceanic server kinda works (for me).

I prefer a slightly higher ping and having a game before a slightly lower ping and crashed game.
