Hello everyone, I have a little issue. I am relatively new to this game and in one of the matches I played, someone called me a cheater and reported me, at least I think it was on me, since it was my shot .

I managed to get recording from that, I really dont know what I did and I really dont want to have any problems from that and it made me really worried could anyone tell me if I did something wrong or if I shouldnt be doing something ?

My guess is that enemy Marauder II had red CT or Head.

Its just someone being salty.

You headshotted a MAD II that was staring at you and had no horizontal movement compared to you. Headshots with burst weapons are pretty rare, but MAD II has a relatively large head hitbox and at that angle its not a surprise. Especially if he had low head armor already for some reason.

A single cheating report doesn't mean much. In game reports get acted upon if they consistently pile up. Like if ppl reported someone for cheating every match, then it'd stand out. You aren't in trouble.

So it wasnt anything I did? I was really worried I could get punished or something, I thought I did something that isnt allowed, I am kinda new to all this .

The only stuff that's going to get you in trouble is like griefing or non-participation (like if you're the last person alive and you run off and shut down in the corner instead of fighting.)

The standing still says new player. The good aim says experienced shooter player, could still be new to MWO.

I have tried few other games before with friends, and this one is awesome, I usually just panic and die very fast, but here everyone just keeps shooting me and nothing happens or at least it takes a lot of time for me to blow up .

And the robots walk on their own so I can just look around COOL!

Hitting the crotch of Mad Cat MkII with lasers multiple times was unusual for new player. However not pressing R as soon as you see an enemy is usually indication of new player.
The shot was good but no aimbot level good, just play the game and don't worry.

Also zoom level 2 with a single hit of hot key is usually not what new players do.

Wouldn't worry about the salt. Some folks just can't get over themselves.

I mean, its a MADII and he held still in front of you. It may very well be the easiest-to-headshot mech in the entire game, so I'm not really sure what dude was expecting haha.. Looks to me like his head was either damaged previously or stripped of armor.

Doesn't even need low head armour -- the opponent was barely moving and had HAG60 dumped centre of mass, right where the MAD II's head is.

Good shot, deffo not aimbot though. Other player was just mad they got smoked while they were waiting for their lasers to finish burning.
