After the latest fix (the bolt-on associated changes), every time I initially start the game, I sit in the loading screen for several minutes and then get an error message (unable to load all account data), I get into the game, but am not actually IN the game (no one in unit chat, no quickplay numbers, etc).
Error 64.
I have to quit the game and log back in. The second time everything loads and I am good to go.
This is getting to be irritating considering how long it takes me to log in twice.

Have you tried the MWO Repair Tool?
