Since the last patch my game has been constantly and randomly crashing to desktop. I tried everything from checking integrity to reinstalling to updating everything.
Is there anything I can do?
I have windows 11, gtx 1660 ti, 18 gigs of ram, its on an SD, My connection is perfect and I run it on steam.
Is there any fix? :^(

depending on the crash issue, it might help to delete the shader cache.

CTD? Is a popup window to send info generated? And since you said checking integrity you are access it via Steam.
- Click on Support and Technical at the bottom of the page then Technical to send to PGI
- If playing in Full Screen Window mode, switch to full window mode. Windows/MWO do not play well if alt tab out. Windows has to redraw the game each time.
- Below options are partially based on the type of CTD is occurring.
- Download and install the standalone client. Any disconnection with the Steam server will also cause MWO to close.
- If have access to a VPN, even a free one, test MWO with it. VPN has the potential to reroute the pathway to MWO, bypassing any problematic router systems.
